Enter the number of the Micro-PWC, etc., for which Event messages are to be acknowledged. Click OK to
complete the operation. All Event messages visible in the Event Review display for that Micro-PWC, etc.,
will be acknowledged.
To acknowledge all Event messages visible in the Event Review display, select Ack > All Events (or press

LT -F10 if the Operator Window containing the Event Review display has keyboard focus). A confirmation
box will ask:
? Acknowledge All Events on Display
Click Yes to acknowledge all events visible in the Event Review display; click No to exit without acknowl-
edging the messages.
9.3.3 Filtering Event Messages
Data contained in an Event Review display is automatically filtered by the filtering mask configured for the
user currently logged in on the Micro-PWC. The user can further filter incoming system event messages by
system event type. To access the filtering mechanism, click the Filter item which appears in the Operator
Window menu bar of the Event Review display. The Event Review Filter (
Figure 9-2 ) window will display.
The main display area of this window is divided in two main portions. The left side is labelled Message
Class and contains buttons which display the available Message Class names. The right side of the main
display area contains a list box, which in turn contains a scrollable list of all the Message Types available
for the selected Message Class. Click on the System Events Message Class button to select it.
When a new Message Class is selected, the list of Message Types in the list box changes to display the
types available for that Message Class. Each Message Type has a pushbutton associated with it; click this
pushbutton to select or deselect the Message Type. If a Message Type is selected, messages of that type
