Micro-PWC OPERATOR’S MANUAL

18 User Interface

2.4.7 Show Users and Screen Contents

To determine which user is logged in to each Micro-PWC, and the contents of the Operator Windows on
each one, use the Show Users function. From the System Window, select Menu > User > Show Users to
display the Show Users window.

For each Micro-PWC on the network, the Show Users window displays (in a scrollable list box) the identity
of the item, the name of the user logged in, and information from the title bar of each Operator Window
open on that Micro-PWC monitor. The time at which this information was gathered appears at the upper
left corner of the display. If the window has been on display for some time, click on the Rescan button at
the bottom of the display to update the information.

Click Screen Dump to view, locally, the screen contents of the remote Micro-PWC.

2.4.8 Arrange Windows Function

If the size and/or location of a window has been modified, the windows can be restored to their original size
and shape at any time from the System Window by selecting Menu > Windows > Arrange Windows. This
function can also be accessed by pressing the

W

key on the keyboard.

Selecting this menu item will arrange the open Operator Windows so that none overlap and the screen
area is divided as evenly as possible among these windows. The pointer will be moved to the upper left
corner of the screen. Any pop-up windows present will be unchanged in size and position.
