This parameter sets the lowest frequency the drive will
output. IMPORTANT: All analog inputs to the drive
(4-20mA, 0-10V, Remote Pot) are scaled for the range
[Minimum Freq] to [Maximum Freq]. Units 1 Hz Maximum 120 Hz IMPORTANT: This parameter can not be
programmed while the drive is running.
