Network

monitoring function Description

Lync bad calls

UCHM displays low quality Lync calls on the Lync bad call page, and allows operators
to view, query, and delete Lync bad calls. For more information, see "

Managing Lync

bad calls

."

End-to-end tests

End-to-end test uses NQA probe packets to test the connectivity and call quality
between two endpoints. With end-to-end tests, operators can view the topology

between tested endpoints, their call history records, and call history quality

information. For more information, see "

Managing end-to-end tests

."

Lync alarms

Based on the alarm module of the IMC Enterprise and Standard platform, UCHM
provides the ability to manage alarms specifically triggered by the UCHM component.

Operators can recover, acknowledge, and perform root cause analysis on the alarms.
For more information, see "

7 Managing Lync alarms

."

Lync call history

UCHM records and displays the Lync call history statistics, and allows operators to
view, query, and delete Lync call history information. For more information, see
