Site Name—Name of the Lync site to which the PSTN gateway belongs.

Device Model—Model of the PSTN gateway.

Device IP—IP address of the PSTN gateway.

Auto discovering PSTN gateways

UCHM uses the auto discovery function to automatically search for Lync servers and PSTN gateways that

are contained in the topology file at the same time. For more information about auto discovering PSTN

Querying PSTN gateways

UCHM provides basic query and advanced query for PSTN gateways. Click the Advanced icon in

the upper right corner of the PSTN gateway list to toggle between these two query methods.

Performing a basic query

1.

In the query field

, enter a PSTN gateway name.

This field supports fuzzy matching and the matching is case insensitive.

2.

Click the Query icon .
All matching PSTN gateways are displayed in the PSTN gateway list.

3.

To display all PSTN gateways, clear the query field and click the Query icon .

Performing an advanced query

1.

Click the Advanced Query icon next to the query field to expand the query area.

2.

Specify one or more of the following query criteria:
