LED Indicators

Troubleshooting the operation of the IEC Slave port can be performed using
several methods.

The first and quickest is to scan the LEDs on the gateway to determine the
existence and possibly the cause of a problem. This section provides insight into
the operation of the Serial Port status LEDs. Information on the gateway’s other
LEDs can be found in the ProLinx Reference Guide.

LEDs for Port 0 Serial Port
Some ProLinx gateways will include an extra three serial ports. Each of these
serial ports has two LEDs indicating status.
