Replacing the Headlift Motor Assembly (830143)
Refer to Drawing 830117-XX
Estimated Repair Time: 15 minutes.
Steps Procedures

Caution: Turn off the Printer and unplug the power cord from the
Printer.

Open the Upper Imaging Assembly.

Loosen the top two corner screws (130987) found just behind the top edge of
the Rear Cover.

Close the Upper Imaging Assembly.
5
Remove the screw (130987) by the Card Exit Ramp.
6
Remove the Rear Cover.
7
Remove the two screws (130938) from the Headlift Motor Assembly.
8
Disconnect the cable connection from J15 on the Print Circuit Board.
9
Take the Headlift Motor Assembly from the Printer.
