Using the Copies Option
Step Description

Specify the number of copies to be printed under Copies.
Using the Test Print Button
Step Description

Click on the Test Print button to send a simple self-test print to the Printer.
•
Ensure that a full-color print ribbon is installed.
•
Ensure that the computer is effectively communicating with the Printer and
that the Printer is functioning properly.
