Replacing the Card Feed Motor Assembly (830145)
Refer to Drawing 830117-XX
Estimated Repair Time: 15 minutes.
Steps Procedures

Caution: Turn off the Printer and unplug the power cord from the
Printer.

Open the Upper Imaging Assembly.

Loosen the top two corner screws (130987) found just behind the top edge of
the Rear Cover.

Close the Upper Imaging Assembly.

Remove the screw (130987) by the Card Exit Ramp.

Remove the Rear Cover.
7
Remove the two screws (130971) that secure the Print Circuit Board to the two
Standoff screws (140047).

Remove the screws that hold the Main Board Brackets in place.
9
Use the thumb and index fingers of both hands to carefully pry the Print Circuit
Board from the Power Circuit Board.

Remove all of the cables from the Circuit Boards.
11
Remove the three screws (130938) from the Card Feed Assembly.
12
Slide the Retainer Clip from the Card Feed Roller Shaft.
13
Disconnect the cable connector from J16 on the Print Circuit Board.
14
Take the Card Feed Motor Assembly from the Printer.
