Sending batch transmissions
● Batch transmission boxes must be set in advance. (see page 3-64)
● There are five batch transmission boxes and up to 40 documents can be stored in each.
● During transmission, a batch number for each document in the specified batch transmission box is dis-
played. We recommend you should make a record of these batch numbers, which will control the docu-
ments and are required for reviewing and deleting documents.
