the switchback unit.

Open the fuser tray.

Gently remove the jammed pa-
per.
■ If a switchback unit is installed

Open the branch guide and gen-
tly pull out the paper jammed in
the switchback unit.
If there is no duplex unit,
open cover above the
fuser unit and remove the
paper jammed inside.
