Image quality problems

If you follow the steps below and do not resolve the problem, contact your Muratec dealer.

Set correctly.

The drum cartridge is worn out or

Replace with a new toner bottle.

Is the original document yellow or
green?

If you are the recipient, ask the
sender to change the document to a
black color. (We recommend making
a copy.)

Is paper other than that specified in
this manual?

Use the paper specified in this man-
ual.

You are using the wrong type of pa-
per.

Use the right type of paper.
