12.1 Forgotten the password? (store separately if required)

The administrator can view and change all stored passwords (see
section 5.4).
If the IQ S ENSOR N ET is locked and the administrator password lost,
you can unlock the system with a master password. The master
password is available from your instrument manufacturer.
The master password is valid for 7 days.
If you have unlocked the IQ S ENSOR N ET with the master password, we
recommend to note down the normal administrator password and keep
it in a safe place.
Simple access control Proceed as follows to show the currently valid password on the display:

1 Using <S>, open the Settings menu.
2 Using < > and <OK>, select and confirm the menu
item, System settings -> Change password.
The Change password dialog window opens.
3 Press <C> and then <S>. The current password is displayed.
