Active Reagents - Use this section to change calibration or performance verification kits,

lot numbers and expiration dates, or to delete a kit.

Calibration Kit - Select a calibration kit from this list. Details of the selected kit display in

the Lot Type, Active Lot Number, and Expiration Date fields.

Performance Verification Kit - Select a performance verification kit from this list.

Details of the selected kit display in the Lot Type, Active Lot Number, and Expiration
Date
fields.

Delete Kit - These buttons delete the selected calibration or performance verification kit.

Active Lot Number - Select an active lot number for the selected reagent from this list.

• Active Reagents table - This displays information about the selected reagent. It allows

you to choose whether the lot is CAL, VER, Fluidics 1, or Fluidics 2. That choice is
displayed in the Lot Details area. The choice changes what columns appear in the table
in the Lot Details area.

Lot Details - Displays lot information for the lot selected in the Active Reagent area.

Lot Type - Displays the lot type selected.

Lot # - Enter the lot number after clicking Add New.

Expiration - Select this to edit the expiration date after clicking Add New.

• Lot Details table - This table enables you to enter target MFI values for the type of lot

you selected in the Active Reagents area. If your choice was CAL, enter targets for
CL1, CL2, and RP1. If it was VER, enter targets for each channel for each reagent. If it
was Fluidics 1 or 2, you cannot enter any targets.

Drive Fluid - Provides information about the drive fluid.

Current Lot # - Displays the lot number. After you click Edit, it allows you to fill in a lot

number.

Expiration - Displays the expiration date. After you click Edit, it allows you to open a

calendar and select an expiration date.

Edit - Allows you to add or change the current lot # and expiration.

Import Kit - Opens the Import Calibration or Performance Kit dialog box to import a kit.

Import - Opens the Import Calibrator or Verification Lot dialog box to import a lot.

Export - Opens the Export Calibrator or Verification Lot dialog box. Select a name and

location to save the calibrator or verification lot and click Save.

Add New - Adds a new lot. Add information in the Lot Details section on the right side of

the window. Type a Lot #, Expiration, and target in the appropriate boxes and fields. Click
Save to save the lot, or select. Cancel to cancel the entry.

Delete - Deletes a lot selected in the Active Reagents list.

Importing CAL or VER Kits

Follow these steps to import a CAL or VER kit.

1. Open the Maintenance page, then open the Lot Management tab.

2. Click Import Kit. The Import Calibration or Performance Kit dialog box opens.

3. Select the kit you want to import, then click Open.
