BASIC OPERATION
OPERATION IN AUTOMATIC MODE
This section describes operations for local set-points, remote or multiple set-
points, and A/M ratio bias while the controller is in the automatic mode. For
automatic ramp/soak and totalizer operations, refer to those operations
sections.
Note:
If tune or configure passwords have been employed, the
passwords will be required to change any values.
Automatic Operation with Local Set-Point
[AUT] indicates that the controller is in
automatic mode.
Bottom status display indicates lower
engineering display is showing the
current set-point and its engineering
units label.

UP
display indicates that set-point
value can be changed in automatic.
Press
DN
or
UP
to change set-point
variable
Press the scroll key to display the
output in percent in the lower
engineering display.
[OUT] appears in the third status
display indicating that lower
engineering display is showing the
current output value.
H or C indicates Heat or Cool if
controller was configured for heat/cool
operation.
DNUP
status indicator disappears,
since output cannot be changed in
automatic.
