UP moves to RELAYS **MENU**.
DN moves to TOTALIZE **MENU** if
integrator/totalizer is enabled, or to ALARMS
**MENU** otherwise.
SCRL to begin setup at Step 2.
RAT BIAS
2 Type of Ratio Bias Station.
UP or DN selects type.
SCRL to advance to:
Step 3 from RATIO, or
Step 4 from BIAS, or
Step 7 from RAT BIAS.
RAT BIAS
3 Source for Ratio Only Type.
UP or DN selects source.
SCRL to advance to Step 5.
RATIO
4 Source for Bias Only Type.
