4. Click the Open button. The IntelliTrack navigation window closes, and
the image is imported into the Item Data form. The network file loca-
tion for the image appears in the field underneath the image.
Establishing
an Item Unit of
Measure All Unit of Measure (UOM) entries in the Units of Measure Lookup table
are displayed in the Measure field drop-down list. You may also enter a
new UOM in this field.
To assign a unit of measure to the selected item:
1. In the Item Data form, click the drop-down arrow in the Measure field
and select the UOM from the list that appears, or enter the Unit of Mea-
sure in the Measure field.
2. The conversion field enables you to easily keep track of the UOM con-
version rate. Enter the Unit of Measure conversion in the Conversion
field.
For example if you select Each as the Unit of Measure in the Measure
field, enter 1 for the conversion. Or, if you select Box as the Unit of
Measure in the Measure field, and a box contains ten items, enter 10 in
the conversion field.
3. Enter the Unit Cost for the item (based upon the conversion rate) in the
Unit Cost field.
