Working with Inventory Information

IntelliTrack Check In-Out tracks item status for check out items (i.e.,
checked in, checked out). In addition, it tracks item quantity, item location,
and item movement for both consumable and check out items at each of
your sites.

At the Item#/Location form and the Location/Item# form, you are able to
quickly check inventory item quantities and item locations. You are also
able to adjust item quantity and add items to a location for consumable
items.

Note: A check out item may be added to a normal location at the Check
Out Item Detail form.

You are able to retrieve inventory data by location or by item # via the fol-
lowing forms:

Location/Item # Form: To reach the Location/Item# form, select the
Manage Command Tab > Inventory Command Set > Location/Item#
option from the ribbon.

The Location/Item# form appears. It automatically retrieves inventory
data for the default site.
