Note: Field headings are not required for delimited files. IntelliTrack
Check In-Out assumes the order of the fields is:
ITEM#, QTY, DESC, as
defined in the
Import Specifications table above. If the fields are not in
this order, or it is difficult to eliminate irrelevant fields, select
Custom
Import, include the field headings and Microsoft Access will re-arrange
the field order.

Comma Delimited File Example

For CommaOnly, the delimited file will look something like this:

12345-1343,45,tape dispenser,8.00,Office Supplies,5,20,7,12345-1344

Quote Comma Quote Delimited File Example

For QuoteCommaQuote, the delimited file will look something like this:

"23345-6789","77","Paper Clips","0.50","Office Sup-
plies","2","10","3","23345-6788"

Semicolon Delimited File Example

For Semicolon Only, the delimited file will look something like this:

990; 5; Stapler;7.50;Office Supplies;5.00;2;10;3;990a

Tab Delimited File Example

901 5 Copy Paper 1.50 Office Supplies 1.00 10 13 20 901a

Integrity

When not importing data to all of the import fields, please be aware of the
file structure requirements. The examples below are for a comma delimited
file.

1.

When importing data to sequential fields beginning with Item#
(required field), the comma delimited file looks like the following:
12345-1343, 32, TAPE DISPENSER
4314313-3AB, , PENCILS
