Application Pool is selected, right-click to view the right-click menu.
8. At the right-click menu, select Advanced Settings. The Advanced
Settings window for the select ITIRegistration application pool
appears. In the Process Model portion of the Advanced Settings win-
dow, select Load User Profile.
9. Select the drop-down arrow in the Load User Profile field and select
True from the list that appears to set this setting to true and enable the
application pool.
