Select or enter an item number for the Item ID in the Item# field. If you
enter a new Item #, another dialog box appears, notifying you that this
item does not exist in your inventory and telling you that if you add it
now you will only have an item identifier on file and that you will have
to add additional item information at another time.
Click Yes to add the item at this time. You are returned to the Add Item
form.
Click the drop-down arrow in the Normal Location field and select
Enter the item location in the Normal Location field.
If you are entering a new location, a dialog box appears, telling you that
the location is new and asking you if you want to add it to the system.
Click Yes to add the new location.
