Performance Trend Graph

The only resolution for which displayed data is automatically refreshed is the “one minute” interval. Web
ViewPoint retains data at this resolution for one hour. The current screen at all times shows the most recent 60
minutes worth of data. Every minute, the oldest data is discarded as values for the latest interval arrives and is
displayed. To stop the refresh, click on the icon on the toolbar. The icon changes to . . You may click on this
icon to resume the refresh operation.

Screens displaying data for all other resolutions (from every 15 minutes to monthly) are static. Most recent data is
displayed when you first open this Window. Once sufficient historical data are accumulated, navigation method
will be active. You may then use one of the three following methods to navigate through time to display
information for different periods when available:

Previous: Click on this button to go 30 intervals back in time.
Start From: Set a date (enter in “yyyy-mm-dd” format or select from the calendar control) and/or time (enter

in hh:mm format) to start from (e.g. 2004-01-27 13:00). When data is available, Web ViewPoint will display
values for 60 intervals from that point in time.

Next: Click on this button to go 30 intervals forward in time.

To refresh the displayed data, click on icon on the toolbar.

To change the settings, click on

icon on the toolbar.

Users are also provided an option to export the Trend statistics to Microsoft Excel (as long as the display
interval is more than 1 minute) by clicking on the icon on the toolbar.

5.4.3.1 TREND SETTINGS PAGE

This Window is used to define the content to be displayed on the Trend Graph. The setting you define here is also
recorded in a cookie on your PC. This cookie is read and used the next time you open the Trend Graph or setting
window. The setting Window is displayed in three separate areas as described below:
