WVPHEADERCOLOR: Users can now change the header title color. Adding the following param in WEBCONF or

LITECONF [PARAM WVPHEADERCOLOR <RED>], will change the header title color, see screenshot below. For
supported colors, please refer to Microsoft’s Colors by Name (Internet Explorer).

5.7.2 ENABLING HTTP SECURE (HTTPS)

Web ViewPoint now offers users to operate in a secure mode via HTTPS. This feature encrypts the HTTP requests
and their responses. This ensures the confidentiality & integrity of the communication between your computer &
the server you are requesting from.

5.7.2.1HOW TO ENABLE HTTPS SUPPORT IN WEB VIEWPOINT

In order to enable the HTTPS support in Web ViewPoint, users need to follow the steps below:

1) Set the PARAM WVPSECUREHTTP ON in your STRTWVP & WVPCONF files. Please refer to the

Section 2.7

for

more information on how to set the PARAM.
2) Get the SSL certificates from a trusted party. Many hosting providers set these certificates for you either
automatically or for fee. Simply ask your hosting provider.
3) Once you have the certificates. Place them in your Web ViewPoint subvolume and restart your Web ViewPoint
to operate in HTTPS mode.
Once you enable the HTTPS mode, you can visit Web ViewPoint site via https://10.10.10.10:7500/

5.7.3 ENABLING CCM SECUREFTP

Starting from ABI onwards, Web ViewPoint provides users an option to use SecureFTP functions in CCM. To enable
this functionality, you need to set the PARAM WVPSECUREFTP to ON in your WVPCONF file, see

Section 2.7
