Copy Screen

[Zoom]

Pressed to display the Zoom Screen which allows you
to specify the desired magnification ratio using preset
ratios, user preset ratios, vertical/horizontal zoom,
vertical zoom, or horizontal zoom mode. The keys
provided under Zoom can also be used to specify the
vertical/horizontal zoom or to select one of the three
preset ratios or 1.000 magnification (x1.0) ratio.

[HDD RECALL] tab

Pressed to print jobs stored in the HDD, temporarily
store jobs in the HDD, or delete jobs that are stored in
the HDD.

Zoom setting keys

Press [–]/[+] to specify the vertical/horizontal zoom ra-
tio. Press [x1.0] to select 1.000 magnification ratio.
Press a key showing the preset ratios to select the de-
sired ratio.

[COPY] tab

Pressed to display the Copy Screen and perform copy
operations.

Set Number indicator

Indicates the print quantity entered from the control
panel keypad.

Simplex/Duplex

Select the simplex/duplex copy mode (1-1, 1-2, 2-1,
or 2-2).

[SCAN] tab

Pressed to display the screen for the scan operations.
For details, see [User's Guide - Network Scanner (IC-
601)] or [User's Guide - Network Scanner (IC-306)].

[Application]

Pressed to display the Application Screen which al-
lows you to select various application functions. Up to
four application functions that you specified are dis-
played as icons in the area under [Application]. Under
the icon area, up to four application functions that you
specified are also displayed as keys to allow you to re-
turn to the setting screen with a single action.
You can create up to four shortcuts to frequently-
used application functions under [Application], so that
the setting screen of that function can be displayed
with a single action.

Date and time indicator

Display current date and time.

[Output Setting]

Pressed to display the Output Setting Screen, select
the bind direction, face and order of outputs, and set
output options. Specified output settings are dis-
played as icons in the area under [Output Setting].
You can create up to four shortcuts to frequently-
used output settings under [Output Setting], so that
the screen of that setting can be displayed with a sin-
gle action.

(Info. Sound/Voice)]

Pressed to turn ON or OFF all information sounds or
voices.

Help]

Pressed to display the help message, which provides
information on the screen currently displayed. This
Help key may appear grayed out in some screens to
show inactivity.
When you press this key on the Machine Screen, the
help message provides the instructions to replace
toners, replace toner recycle boxes, add staples,
dump the scrap of punch and trim, supply glue pel-
lets, and load paper.

Output information indicator

Displays the print count and set count of the current
job in the upper section, and in the lower section are
displayed the job number of the current job, a user
name if specified at the time of user authentication,
and/or an account name if specified at the time of ac-
count authentication.
