3.6 Paper Setting 3
Selecting [Specify] will display the touch panel keypad. Use the touch panel keypad, [ +], or [,] to enter
the adjustment value. Available range is from 0.050 to 0.500 mm.
% The entered value will be displayed on the right side of [Thickness] in the left side area of the screen.
Entering a value less than 0.050 automatically sets the value to 0.050.

[Process Adj.] is not displayed by default. Please contact your service representative to make the proc-
ess adjustment from the paper setting provided on the Machine Screen or Copy Screen.
% [Speed Down] and [CPM Down] settings are available. See Section 3 of the User's Guide - Main
Body for details of the processing speed.
% To set the items from [2nd Transfer Output Adj. (Front)] to [2nd Fus. U-Belt Center Temp. (Print)]
accessed by pressing [Next] on the screen, select the desired item key, then use the touch panel
keypad, [
,], [+], or control panel keypad to enter the adjustment value.
% Press [+/-] to specify the value to be positive or negative.
% Press [Next] to display the screen that provides [Speed Down] and [CPM Down]. Select the desired
key for each item.
% Selecting [ON (Type A)] for [Speed Down] consistently reduces the print speed. This selection may
require further adjustments to 2nd Transfer Output, Separation AC, or Separation DC.
% Selecting [ON (Type B)] for [Speed Down] reduces the print speed for the first two sheets after the
start of printing, and then restores the normal print speed from the third.
