An acoustic signal indicates that the data record, including the pressure ramp

values, has been saved.
The programmed pressure ramps can be edited at any time by changing the

relevant parameters (see chapter

6.6.1, page 117, and see chapter

6.7.1,

page 117).

6.8 Auto Start Stop function

Use the Auto Start Stop function to automatically start and stop distillation.

Instrument is operational.

Evaporating flask immersion depth has been set (see chapter

4.5.7,

page 94).

Desired settings have been made.

1. Press Auto Start Stop (Fig. 6-1 (3)) button.
Lift moves downward (Laborota 4003 only); rotation, vacuum control and

timing start. The LED next to the Auto Start Stop (Fig. 6-1 (3)) button is lit.

If one function is already active, the remaining functions will be activated.
All distillation parameters can be changed while the Auto Start Stop function is

active.

1. Press Auto Start Stop (Fig. 6-1 (3)) button.
Lift moves upward (Laborota 4003 only); rotation, vacuum control and timing

stop. The LED next to the Auto Start Stop (Fig. 6-1 (3)) button goes out.
