4.5.3 Installing the condenser
Screw coupling is removed from the drive head.
Tension spring is removed from drive head.
Vapour tube is installed in drive.
PTFE seal is installed on vapour tube.
Danger of glass breakage!
Risk of severe injury due to broken glass.
Check glass parts for damage (cracks, chips, etc.)
Use only glass parts that are in flawless condition.
Handle with care.
Drive rotating unintentionally!
Danger of injury to hands.
Ensure that the rotation is turned off.

1. Version glassware sets G1 and G3:
– Slide screw coupling (2) over the condenser flange.
– Slide tension spring (3) over the condenser flange.
– Fasten condenser (1) to the drive (4) by tightening the coupling hand-
tight.
