To calibrate, click Analysis >> Analysis/Single Level Calibration.

The Analysis/Single Level Calibration window will display.

In the Sample ID: box, type the sample identification, if not already present.

In the Method: box, select the name of the method to be calibrated, if not already present, by
clicking the Open file icon adjacent to the field.

In the Data path: box, select the data path name, if not already present, by clicking the Open
file
icon adjacent to the field and selecting the desired data path.

In the Data file: box, select the file name, if not already present, by clicking the Open file icon
adjacent to the field.

The Amount values are to remain set to 1; a value of 1 corresponds to a single level calibration.

Select Calibrate. In the Calibration level: box, type 1.

NOTE: For the initial calibration, it is not necessary to select any of the boxes involving

clearing calibrations or replicates. However, if the method was previously calibrated
and the calibrated information needs to be replaced, select Clear calibration for level
before starting.

Click Start after completing the window.
