In the Scan Well dialog box, specify the Row and Column of the well to be scanned.
Next, specify the wavelength range by entering values in the Shortest Wavelength
(min = 340 nm) and Longest Wavelength (max = 800 nm) fields.
The Step Size is the increment between scanning wavelengths, in nanometers.
Finally, place the plate to be scanned in the reader and click on the Scan Well button.
A status bar will indicate the progress of the scan. When the scan is complete, the
Well Scan Graph will be displayed.
