This report also provides statistics for each replicate group of wells, including mean,
standard deviation, and coefficient of variation.
With the Data File open, select Unknown Concentrations Report from the VIEW
menu.

At the bottom of the window, the type of standard curve and its equation are shown.
If both internal and external standards are defined, then both equations are displayed
even though only the external standards are used to calculate the unknown
concentrations. The type of transformation axis selected may be inferred by
examining the equation. For example, if using a Log-Linear transformation, “Conc”
is replaced with “Log(Conc)” on the right-hand side of the equation.
