8.6.4 Uploading Files Through TFTP
Do as follows on the router that serves as the TFTP client:
Step 1 Run the following commands according to different type of the server IP addresses.
• The IP address of the server is IPv4 address, run:
tftp [ -a s o u r c e - i p - a d d r e s s | -i { i n t e r f a c e - n a m e | i n t e r f a c e - t y p e i n t e r f a c e - n u m } ]

The router is configured to upload files through TFTP.
• The IP address of the server is IPv6 address, run:

You can limit the access of the router to the specified TFTP server through TFTP.
Preconfiguration tasks
Before you configure TFTP, complete the following tasks:
• Power on the router.
• Connect the TFTP client with the server.
