4. Connect leads L1 to U, L2 to V, and L3 to W terminals of TB5 (see Figure c-3). Ensure that all connections are
tight to avoid excessive heating.
5. Connect the ground lead to terminal marked at TB5 (see Figure c-3).

Line Disconnect Switch
Connecting the power cable to the line disconnect switch must conform to national or local electrical codes. This
work should be performed only by qualified, licensed personnel. See Power Requirements and Line Disconnect
Switch on pages 3-4 and 3-5.

WARNING
There is line voltage at the filter as soon as the line disconnect switch is ON, even if the circuit breaker
on the HT4001 power supply is OFF. As a common safety practice, ALWAYS verify that the line
disconnect switch is in the OFF position before installing, disconnecting or servicing in this area.
