Move Up & Move Down Buttons:
These buttons move the selected line item up or down (causing the information of this
line item’s source placement to be swapped with the information of the neighboring
line item’s source placement).
Moving the first line item up has no effect.
Moving the 18th placement’s line item down has no effect.
Moving the last line item down only has the effect of creating space (with disabled
placements).
