If GF is not enabled on the mains and ties then priorities should only be assigned to
feeders.
If the mains and ties have GF enabled, then they should always be assigned a higher
priority than the feeders.
All feeders should have the same pickup setting - in Amps
Although it is possible to set priorities for topology 0 (reserved for Reduced Energy Mode),
the priority should always be set to “NONE” so no delays are imposed on breakers while
in the Reduced Energy Mode.
