Connecting with the MP2000 series via Ethernet

IP Address (MICRO/I)

Set the IP address of MICRO/I in Communication Interface tab.

Subnet Mask

Set the subnet mask of MICRO/I in Communication Interface tab.

Default Gateway

Set the default gateway of MICRO/I in Communication Interface tab.

IP Address (PLC)

Set the IP address of PLC in Host I/F Network tab.

Port Number (PLC)

Set the port number of PLC in Host I/F Network tab.
The default is 10001.

Set the IP address of PLC.

Set the subnet mask of PLC.

Set the default gateway of PLC.

Connection Parameters

Local Port

Set the port number of PLC.

Node IP Address

Set the IP address of MICRO/I.

*1. If the "Node IP Address" is set to "0.0.0.0", the connection is set in the "Unpassive Open mode". Any nodes in the network can access to the

controller.

Node Port

Set the port number of MICRO/I.

*2. To set the connection mode to "Unpassive Open mode", set 0 to "Node Port".

Connect Type

Set the TCP.

Protocol Type

Select "Extended MEMOBUS" protocol.

Code

Set the BIN.

Please set up the head register by the side of the PLC as follows. Moreover, please give offset of each register as 0.
