Adds an AP MAC address and ESSID to existing allowed list.

show Displays the rogue-AP allowed list.
add <mac-addr>
<ess-id> Adds an AP MAC address and ESSID to existing allowed list.
“fffffffffffffffff” means any MAC
Use a “*” for any ESSID.
