Enabling or Disabling SNMP Management
To enable or disable SNMP management on the switch:
1. From the Home page, click the Configuration button.
2. From the Configuration menu, click the Mgmt. Protocols button to
display the SNMP tab shown in Figure 11.

3. Click the Enable SNMP Access check box to enable or disable SNMP
management. When the box has a check, the feature is enabled so
that you can manage the stack with an SNMP management program.
No check indicates the feature is disabled. The default is disabled.
4. If you want the stack to send authentication failure traps, click the
Enable Authentication Failure Traps check box. When there is a
check in the box, this feature is enabled.
5. Click the Apply button.
