Operational Sequence for Downstroke in Single Mode

Select single mode

Is the shaft near the top?

Have all operators released all

RUN buttons?

Has each operator pressed his

RUN buttons simultaneously,

and within 5 seconds for all

stations?

Both voting processors

energize their solenoid triacs to

actuate the clutch for the

downstroke

Has an operator released a

RUN button?

Select inch mode and position the

shaft near the top.

NOTE: Releasing a RUN button during the downstroke stops the press. If the shaft does

not reach the nearĆbottom zone, operators may resume the downstroke. If the shaft

reaches the nearĆbottom zone, an operator must inch the press back to the nearĆtop

position.
