Pressing this key at any time during the Osaekomi timer count stops the Osaekomi time
displayed on the scoreboard. The Osaekomi timer will start at zero (0) the next time either the

> key is pressed.

CLEAR

>

Pressing this key clears the Osaekomi timer count from both sides of the scoreboard. The
Osaekomi timer must be stopped by pressing the <

TOKETA

> key before this key will work.

START

>

Pressing this key will start only the Match time count down.

STOP

>

Pressing this key will stop only the Match time from counting down.

<

SET MATCH TIME

!

>

Pressing this key when the Match time is stopped will allow you to enter a new match time.
Enter the new time in minutes and seconds on the number pad and then press the <

ENTER

> key.

MANUAL HORN

>

Pressing this key will cause the horn to sound as long as the key is pressed.

WIN

>

Pressing the Red or White key will light the corresponding Winner indicator on the scoreboard
and clear the opposing Winner indicator on the scoreboard.

IPPON

>

Pressing the Red or White key will light the corresponding Ippon and Winner indicators on the
scoreboard and clear the opposing Ippon and Winner indicators on the scoreboard.

<

MEDICAL EXAM

>

This key controls the physician visit indicators on the scoreboard. Pressing the Red or White
key once will light the first indicator for the corresponding side. Pressing the same key again
will light the second indicator. Pressing the same key a third time will turn both indicators off.

KEIKOKU

>

Pressing the Red or White key will light the corresponding Keikoku penalty indicator on the
scoreboard, increment the opponent’s Wazaari by one, and display the new value on the
scoreboard. Pressing the same key a second time will clear the corresponding Keikoku penalty
indicator from the scoreboard, decrement the opponent’s Wazaari by one, and display the new
value on the scoreboard.
If the same color opponent has a lesser penalty activated when the Red or White Keikoku
penalty is assessed, the lesser penalty indicator will be cleared from the scoreboard and the
opponent’s corresponding score will decrement by one.

WAZAARI

Pressing the Red or White key will increment the corresponding Wazaari by one and display
the new value on the scoreboard.

<

WAZAARI

-1>

Pressing the Red or White key will decrement the corresponding Wazaari by one and display
the new value on the scoreboard.

<

CHUI

>

Pressing the Red or White key will light the corresponding Chui penalty indicator on the
scoreboard, increment the opponent’s Yuko by one, and display the new value on the
scoreboard. Pressing the same key a second time will clear the corresponding Chui penalty
indicator from the scoreboard, decrement the opponent’s Yuko by one, and display the new
value on the scoreboard. If the same color opponent has a lesser penalty already activated
when the Red or White Chui penalty is assessed, the lesser penalty indicator will be cleared on
the scoreboard, and the opponent’s corresponding score will decrement by one.

Pressing the Red or White key will increment the corresponding Yuko by one and display the
new value on the scoreboard.
