Click the name of the IPsec VPN domain you want to query.

4.

Click Basic Query on the upper right side of the Query Tunnels area.
You can perform a basic query if you see Advanced Query on the upper right side of the Query
Tunnels area.

5.

Specify one or multiple of the following query criteria:

Hub Name—Enter the name of the hub.

{

Hub IP—Enter the IP address of hub.

{

Spoke Name—Enter the name of the spoke.

{

Spoke IP—Enter the IP address of the spoke.

All the query criteria support fuzzy matching.

6.

Click Query.
The Tunnel List displays all tunnels matching the query criteria.

Performing an advanced query

1.

Click the Service tab.

2.

From the navigation tree, select IPsec VPN Manager > IPsec Resources > VPN Domains.
The VPN Domain List displays all VPN domains.

3.

Click the name of the IPsec VPN domain you want to query.

4.

Click Advanced Query on the upper right side of the Query Tunnels area.

5.

Specify one or multiple of the following query criteria:

Hub Name—Enter the name of the hub.

{

Hub IP—Enter the IP address of the hub.

{

Spoke Name—Enter the name of the spoke.

{

Spoke IP—Enter the IP address of the spoke.

{

Status—Select the deployment state of the IPsec tunnel. Options are Deployed, Deployment
Failed, Being Deployed, Undeployed, Undeployment Failed, Being Undeployed, BIMS

Deploying, and BIMS Undeploying. The BIMS Deploying and BIMS Undeploying options are
available only in VPN networks built with IVM and BIMS.

Config Status—Select whether or not the IPsec tunnel configuration is complete. Options are
Configured and Unconfigured.

6.

Click Query.
The Tunnel List displays all tunnels matching the query criteria.

Undeploying IPsec tunnels

If a tunnel is no longer needed, you can undeploy it. Undeploying a tunnel clears the tunnel configuration
on the tunnel ends, but the tunnel configuration is still saved on IVM and can be used to redeploy the

tunnel at any time.
To undeploy IPsec tunnels:

1.

Click the Service tab.

2.

From the navigation tree, select IPsec VPN Manager > IPsec Resources > VPN Domains.
The VPN Domain List displays all VPN domains.
