Deleting audited DVPN tunnels

You can manually delete a spoke-spoke tunnel from the Tunnel List on the Tunnel Connectivity Audit tab

of a DVPN domain. IVM no longer audit a tunnel once it is removed from the Tunnel List. Hub-spoke and

hub-hub tunnels are automatically audited by IVM and cannot be deleted from the Tunnel List.
To delete spoke-spoke DVPN tunnels from the tunnel list:

1.

Click the Service tab.

2.

From the navigation tree, select IPsec VPN Manager > IPsec Resources > VPN Domains.
The VPN Domain List displays all VPN domains.

3.

Click the name of a DVPN domain.
The configuration page of the DVPN domain appears. The page contains two tabs: Device
Information and Tunnel Connectivity Audit. By default, the Device Information tab is displayed.

4.

Click the Tunnel Connectivity Audit tab.

5.

Select the spoke-spoke tunnels you want to delete.

6.

Click Delete Tunnel in the Tunnel List area.
A confirmation dialog box appears.

7.

Click OK.

Manually auditing DVPN tunnels

By default, IVM audits the tunnels in each DVPN domain every 8 hours. You can also manually audit

tunnels in a specified DVPN domain.
To manually audit tunnels in a DVPN domain:

1.

Click the Service tab.

2.

From the navigation tree, select IPsec VPN Manager > IPsec Resources > VPN Domains.
The VPN Domain List displays all VPN domains.

3.

Click the name of a DVPN domain.
The configuration page of the DVPN domain appears. The page contains two tabs: Device
Information and Tunnel Connectivity Audit. By default, the Device Information tab is displayed.

4.

Click the Tunnel Connectivity Audit tab.

5.

Select the tunnels you want to audit.

6.

Click Audit to enable IVM to audit the selected tunnels.
After the audit is complete, the Tunnel List displays the latest tunnel status and audit time.

Modifying the tunnel audit period of a DVPN domain

By default, IVM audits the tunnels in each DVPN domain every 8 hours. You can manually change the
tunnel audit period of a DVPN domain.
To modify the tunnel audit period of a DVPN domain:

1.

Click the Service tab.

2.

From the navigation tree, select IPsec VPN Manager > IPsec Resources > VPN Domains.
