Command Mode

Interface Config.

This command activates the strict priority scheduler mode for each specified queue on a
device.


Syntax

queue cos-queue strict all <queue-id-0> [<queue-id-1> … <queue-id-6>]

no queue cos-queue strict all <queue-id-0> [<queue-id-1> … <queue-id-6>]

no - This command restores the default weighted scheduler mode for each specified queue on a
device.

5.14.2.6 queue cos-queue traffic-shape

This command specifies the maximum transmission bandwidth limit for the interface as a
whole. Also known as rate shaping, this has the effect of smoothing temporary traffic bursts
over time so that the transmitted traffic rate is bounded.

queue cos-queue traffic-shape <bw>
