26. Perform the voltage calibration using following command
CAL<n>:OUTP:FREQ:CALC
27. Send the system error query command to make sure calibration was successful.
SYST:ERR?
28. If there is no error returned at the system error query command then save the
calibration result with the following commands
CAL<n>:UNLOCK “6867”
CAL<n>:STORE
CAL<n>:LOCK
29. Reset the unit
*RST<n>
