14. Send calibration command to make sure that all the DAC counts
and current values are valid
CAL<n>:INP:CURR:CALC
15. Send the system error query command to make sure calibration was
successful.
SYST:ERR?
16. If there is no error returned at the system error query command then
save the calibration result with the following command
CAL<n>:UNLOCK “6867”
CAL<n>:STORE
CAL<n>:LOCK
17. Reset the unit
*RST<n>
