Note:

If the ISDN option is installed, the display will show ISDN DIAL
MODE (G4). Press the

WYES key to select G4 as the dial mode

for this One Touch key or press NO

X key to change to G3 dial

mode and then press the

WYES key to select it.

10. After pressing the WYES key, the display automatically shows

LOCATION PROGRAMMING ENTER (SRCH, OT, A/D, #)

11. To continue programming AUTO DIAL numbers, go back to Step

3. If you are finished programming, press the Select Function key.

Note:

If you want to delete any programming for an Auto Dial number,
follow Steps 1 - 4. At Step 5, press the 9/Space key until the
number is deleted, then press the Start key and continue with
Step 11.

Programming groups

Once you have programmed some One Touch keys or Auto Dial numbers,
you can then program these numbers into groups to allow you to send the
same fax to multiple locations. You can program up to 10 groups using a
maximum of 80 numbers for all 10 groups into your fax machine.

Press the Select Function key, then press the 8/Location Program
One Touch key. The display shows LOCATION PROGRAMMING
ENTER (SRCH, OT, A/D, #)

On the numeric keypad, press the # key. The display shows GROUP
SETTING [

] ENTER 1-10

Using the numeric keypad, enter the group number (1-10) you want
to program.

4.

The display shows the number of your current group and SELECT
LOC.(S) YES (STR/LOC.) EXIT (X). You can now add a location
to your group (or delete a location from it). Refer to the instructions
below.

To do this

Use

Add a One Touch location

Press the One Touch key. Press Start to add it to the group.

Add an Auto Dial location

Press Auto Dial. Enter a 3 digit Auto Dial number. Press Start
to add it to the group.

Delete a One Touch location

Press the One Touch key. Press Start to delete it from the
group.
