4. Delete all the temporary Internet-related files
To remove all the temporary Internet related files from your client
computer, follow these steps:
a) Start Internet Explorer.
b) On the Tools menu, click
Internet Options
.
c) Click the
General
tab.
d) Under Temporary Internet files, click
Settings
.
e) Click
Delete Files
.
f) Click
OK
.
g) Click
Delete Cookies
.
h) Click
OK
.
i) Under History, click
Clear History
, and then click
Yes
.
j) Click
OK
.
5. Make sure that you have the latest version of Microsoft DirectX installed
