Paper Protection Is Set Off Frequently
Check the following points
● Do the documents meet the paper requirements? (page 207)
● Is there any foreign matter in the ADF? (page 207)
● Are the brake roller and pick roller installed correctly? (page 207)
● Are the brake roller and pick roller clean? (page 207)
● Are the brake roller and pick roller worn out? (page 208)
● Is the sensitivity level for the paper protection function set to high in the touch screen or the Software
Operation Panel? (page 208)
