Note!_ Returns messages with status value <stat> from
preferred message storage <mem1> to the TE.
Entire data units <pdu> are returned. If status of
the message is ‘received unread’, status in the
storage changes to ‘received read’. If listing fails,
final result code +CMS ERROR: <err> is returned.
<stat> Description
0 Received unread message (i.e. new message)
1 Received read message
2 Stored unsent message (only applicable to SMs)
3 Stored sent message (only applicable to SMs)
4 All messages (only applicable to +CMGL command)

GSM 03.40 TPDU in hexadecimal format: ME/TA converts
each octet of TP data unit into two IRA character long
