2. SDI-12 Interface
The Multi-PRO 400 Instrument adheres to the Serial Digital Interface Standard for
Microprocessor-based sensors, version 1.3, and the extensions to the specifications identified in
this document. This section identifies the device-specific implementation of the standard. For

2.1 Instrument Defaults
The Multi-PRO 400 Instrument leaves the factory with the following settings:
