When the save process is complete, the word “Complete” is displayed,
followed by another prompt:

Press any key to continue.

7. Press any key.

The log file is saved in the switch’s file system as an ASCII file.

8. To view the log file, type R to return to the System Administration

menu.

9. From the System Administration menu, type 9 to select System

Utilities.

The System Utilities menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 9 on page
71.

10. From the System Utilities menu, type 1 to select File Operations.

The File Operations menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 53 on page
200.

11. From the File Operations menu, type 7 to select View File.

The following prompt is displayed:

Enter file name to view:

12. Type the file name with the

.log

file name extension and press

Return. A sample log file saved in full mode is shown in Figure 72.
